Shipment and Delivery

I understand that I am responsible for delivering and shipping my flowers to Momento Pressed Flowers, including the costs associated with shipment and delivery. I acknowledge that Momento Pressed Flowers is not responsible for any damage to the flowers during shipment and delivery, nor for any packaging, keepsakes attached, or delays.

Process

I understand that if the flowers are too damaged to work with and press, Momento Pressed Flowers will refund only the amount paid by me to Momento Pressed Flowers and will not be responsible for the value of the bouquet or any other losses. I understand that all flowers will be pressed in the condition they arrive in, and this may affect the final product. Momento Pressed Flowers does not take any responsibility for the state of the flowers when we receive them, nor do we take any responsibility if the flowers are damaged during shipment or delivery.

I understand that Momento Pressed Flowers uses all-natural processes to press and dry my flowers, and in this process, flowers will fade and may change color. For example, white flowers can yellow, and red flowers may turn purple.

I understand that not all flowers and elements can be pressed due to their thickness and the constraints of the frame. I understand that I can request the unused pressed elements of my bouquet to be returned to me. If I do not request this option, my remaining pressed flowers and greenery will become the property of Momento Pressed Flowers.

I understand that Momento Pressed Flowers will communicate with me via the email address provided on my order. If the email address is incorrect or needs to be updated, it is my responsibility to notify them.

I understand that if my bouquet is damaged by bugs or mold, Momento Pressed Flowers will not be able to use these elements in a piece, as they cannot be framed. I understand that not all the flowers I provide will be used in the final piece, depending on their thickness. I understand that my flowers will not be returned once we receive them, even after a cancellation.

Final Product

I understand that I will have the chance to make up to three customization requests to the final design before it is framed and sealed. Any requests made after this time will not be considered. I understand that Momento Pressed Flowers packages each piece with great care and as much protection as possible before shipping. In the unlikely event that there is damage to my piece upon arrival, I will take a photo and send it to Momento Pressed Flowers immediately, then reseal the box and wait for further instructions.

I understand that I must display and hang the art piece in accordance with the instructions provided by Momento Pressed Flowers. I understand that Momento Pressed Flowers may use photos of my art piece for marketing and other business purposes.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Within 48 Hours of Placing Your Order:
    If you request to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, you will receive a full refund.

  2. After 48 Hours of Placing Your Order:
    If you request to cancel your order after the initial 48-hour period, you will receive an 80% refund of the total amount paid as we secure the booking date for you. 

  3. Once Flowers Have Arrived:
    If your flowers have arrived at our facility and we are working on them, no refunds will be issued.

How to Cancel:
To request a cancellation, please send us an email with your order details and reason for cancellation. We will process your request as quickly as possible.

I understand that my flowers will not be returned once we receive them, even after a cancellation.

The cost of shipping your flowers to us is covered by you and cannot be refunded by Momento Pressed Flowers.
