RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We do not offer returns or refunds on our custom and wedding pieces. If there is a mistake on our end, then please reach out ASAP and we will do the best that we can to make it right.
Make sure when placing your order to include specific details of what you are wanting/expecting. You will have the chance to see a mock design of your layout and approve your the final design before your piece is finalised.
On our website you pay the full cost of your piece upfront. Therefore, we can provide the following cancellation and refunds:

Within 48 Hours of Placing Your Order:
If you request to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, you will receive a full refund. -
After 48 Hours of Placing Your Order:
If you request to cancel your order after the initial 48-hour period, you will receive an 80% refund of the total amount paid as we secure the booking date for you. -
Once Flowers Have Arrived:
If your flowers have arrived at our facility and we are working on them, no refunds will be issued.
You are responsible for the condition your flowers arrive in and are handed over to us. We document the state of the bouquet when it arrives to make sure we are all on the same page.
Bouquet recreation payments are non-refundable.
The cost of shipping your flowers to us is covered by you and can not be refunded by Momento Pressed Flowers.
How to Cancel:
To request a cancellation, please send us an email with your order details and reason for cancellation. We will process your request as quickly as possible.
