FAQ
How far in advance should I book?
ASAP! We only take a certain amount of orders per month, booking in advance will secure a spot for your flowers to be pressed and framed.
How long does it take to get my pressed and framed flowers back?
Currently our turn around time is between 8 to 12 weeks. Please keep in mind that we want to make sure that your flowers are completely pressed before framing and the process does take time.
Will my framed flowers fade over time?
The flowers in your frame will eventually fade with time. Each flower is different and will age differently. We press the flowers as quickly as possible but when they are framed and exposed to light, they do change.
Can you press white flowers?
Yes. However, we don't press white wedding bouquets that only have one type of flower. If you are having a white only bouquet, we recommend that you talk to your florist about having a variety of white flowers.
How do I get my wedding bouquet to you?
If you are located within driving distance to Warrnambool you are welcome to drop it off or contact us to arrange us to pick up your bouquet for a fee. If you aren't in driving distance you will need to arrange it to be shipped to us. Please contact us to discuss the options further.
What flowers don't you press?
There are some flowers that we don't press because of their thickness. You can refer to this list of flowers for some specific flowers that we don't accept. If you aren't sure about a particular flower, get in touch through our Contact Us page!

Why does it cost this much?
From the moment we get your flowers we get to work. Each flower is carefully cut, some flowers require us to take them apart petal by petal and put in the flower press. We meticulously look over each flower multiple times during the drying process to make sure they are pressing correctly. Once they are pressed, we then reassemble any flowers that have been taken apart, we create a design by laying out the flowers and then communicate with you about any changes you want made to the final design. From here we glue all the flowers and then take it to our framer. Once the piece is all framed, we package it so that it's ready for you to pick up.
Many hours go into one piece and it is a true labour of love, this is the reason our pieces have these prices.
