Sending Your Flowers

This guide serves anybody who is looking at having their flowers pressed with us from anywhere in Australia.

Book a Date

The first thing you'll need to do is book your wedding date with us so we can secure a space to press your wedding flowers.
You can book a date here.

Once we receive your booking and confirm availability, we will send you:

  • An invoice for a $150 deposit
  • Our terms and conditions, which must be signed and returned to secure your spot

After Your Wedding Day

Once your special day has passed:

  • Place your bouquet stems in water
  • Trim the stems 2–3 cm at the bottom so they stay hydrated.
  • Keep the bouquet in the coolest part of the house (but not the fridge).

On your booking date, we’ll send you the address to send your flowers to.

Sending Your Flowers

For best results, we recommend sending your flowers within 1 to 3 days of your wedding.

Different flowers have different vase lives, so sending them quickly helps keep them as fresh as possible.

If you're a local client and would like to drop off your flowers, please let us know—we’ll arrange a suitable time.

Couriers we recommend:

  • Pack & Send
  • Couriers and Freight

Receiving the Flowers

Once we receive your flowers:

  • We will carefully unpack them, inspect the condition, and take photos.
  • We’ll contact you and send the photos to confirm their condition.
  • If we both agree to proceed, we’ll start pressing them!

If the flowers are too old or damaged, we’ll advise you before proceeding.

Please note:
– Courier costs to send flowers to us are not covered by us.
– If the flowers are not in a state to be pressed, we do not send the bouquet back.

We Press Your Flowers

Once we begin:

  • We’ll press your flowers and create a design layout.
  • You’ll receive photos of the layout and have up to 3 small rearrangement requests.
  • Then we glue the piece and have it framed by our local framer.

Sending Your Framed Piece Back

Once your piece is finished and framed, we’ll package it carefully and send it back to you!  Please note that the cost of posting the finished frame is not covered by us and must be paid by you.  We will speak with you to see when is best, book the courier and send an invoice.
